Levland is a '''democracy''', where there are elections every two years in April or May. The elections are held on his discord community server, his TikTok account, his Twitter or X account and in his private whatsapp group with his friends. ===Early government===
During the [[Federal_Republic_of_Levland#Independence_war|'''Independence war''']], Levland was ruled '''Authoritarian''' by the current president, Lev, because it was not a country at the start and it took a few days for all the political parties to form. After the end of the Independence War and the establishment of all the 10 parties, in late April 2022, Levland became a democracy. A few days later, shortly after the end of the independance war, at the ending of the month of April, the first parlieamental election took place.

As of right now, there are 10 political parties in Levland, from all sides of the political compass. Going from right to left they are the NPD (Nationalist Party of Levland), the MPL (Monarchist Party of Levland), the LA (Levlands Alternative), the DKPL (Democratic Conservative Party of Levland), the BDPL (Grassroots Democratic Party of Levland), the KLP (Capitalist-Liberitarian Party), the GL (Green Levland/ Greens), the SDP (Social Democratic Party), the LBL (Liberal Alliance Levland) and the LSS (Levland Socialist State). As mentioned before in the history section, the LSS is banned in two [[w:Province|Provinces]], [[Federal_Republic_of_Levland#Tischien|Tischien]] and [[Federal_Republic_of_Levland#Nord_Schrankien|Nordschrankien]]. Levland's government consists of the parties DKPL and LA. The most popular parties are the DKPL, the LA, the MPL and BDPL and GL with the same number of votes.

Levland was involved in 3 wars in its history, the [[Federal_Republic_of_Levland#Independence_war|Independence war]], the [[Federal_Republic_of_Levland#Mosquitoe_war|Mosquitoe war]] and the [[Federal_Republic_of_Levland#Communist_uprising/Civil_war|Civil war]], which it won. Its army consists of President Lev_10 with his Nerf Gun and empty Toilet Paper roll as well as his two pet cats, which help the country of Levland on its way to its glorious military victories. His two cats are exceptionally well-trained soldiers, their main exercises being catching flies and running pointlessly around the apartment.

===Foreign relations===
Levland has diplomatic ties to the micronations of his friends and some [[Micronation|Micronations]] in the [[Alliance of the Micronations]], including [[Draft:Kingdom of Svetelkia|Kingdom of Svetelkia]], Germanskiburg[[Kingdom of Salanda]], the [[West Rulish Empire]] and the [https://micropedia.miraheze.org/wiki/National_Zionist_Republic_of_Long_Island National Zionist Republic of Long Island]. In December of 2022, Levland and some local micronations wanted to unite into the [[Federal_Republic_of_Levland#Tellerunion|'''Tellerunion''']], but it did not work out. Still, they all have good relations to this day. Levland is also part of two alliances, Levland is a member state in the [[Alliance of the Micronations]] (AOTM) and a full member state in the United Peace Alliance (UPA). There are also plans on recreating the [[Federal_Republic_of_Levland#Tellerunion|Tellerunion]], but not as a country, but rather as an alliance.
